» Welcome to The Bench |
The Bench is one of the largest sports card trading communities online. You'll find game used, autographs and vintage cards of all sports, in addition to non-sport card trading. A majority of our 5,000+ members specialize in baseball card collecting, including individual player collecting and traditional set building. We also have a solid group of football card collectors as well as a growing basketball and hockey gathering.
The biggest strength of The Bench lies within the well organized and moderated forums. We have many unique features including a trade manager, five point trader rating system and collectors’ database. Our MOD team includes some of the most experienced, veteran card collectors around that consistently maintain order, ensure members are respectful to one another and handle problem traders promptly.
Your collection has fallen short of its’ potential if you're not actively trading on The Bench. Online trading is an inexpensive and easy way to exchange unwanted cards for cards on your wantlist. Other than the cost of shipping supplies and postage for your trades, membership at The Bench is free. If you're not already a member, we encourage you to sign up today. We are accepting applications for moderators. We would like anyone interested to send a PM to (champs96ws) with a brief summary of why you would like to be a mod.
Now before you send off that PM here are a few things you should know:
#1) We normally only add established members of the site.
#2) If you have been involved in numerous site infractions you will not be selected.
some duties of a mod are:
1) Moderate forums
2) Handle TGB's
Application cut off will be July 8th.

We have a corporate booth at this huge card show in near Chicago! Fans Edge Sports Spectacular Meliah and myself will be there. We will have our official banner and a laptop advertising and showing off The Bench! We will also have all of our YSL dupes to trade and hopefully collect more donations to help us complete our set for our charity drive. We will be located between the corporate and family areas where we will get lots of foot traffic. There are tons and tons of autograph and picture opportunities with many sports stars of yesterday and today! If you are in the area, stop by at our booth and say hi! I hope to see many of you in July!
