I got this card of Honas Wagner has a regular back and normal sized card what are these cards

does the # on the back start with cmgr? if so here is the checklist

I put a base set together for myself but a good friend does the inserts, original backs and SP's so I have been using it for the checklists. Also have opened 2 1/2 jumbos and been sorting alot of cards the past week.
