need some help!!

I recently came across a 1941 Playball AL & NL Signature Book. This has faux signatures from the Majors to check autos to see if they are real. The book is in vg+ condition if anyone has an idea what the value is?

Also I have a unused scorecard from 1946 Detroit Tigers vs. Philadelphia A's in EX+ condition.
 
Interesting note about the 1946 scorecard the Philadelphia A's came into town for the first time May17th and on May 18th George Kell was traded to Det for Barney McCoskey. So I think I have narrowed the scorecard from May 17th due to Hank Greenberg not playing on Saturday because of his religion. Prices I could find for this item was between $35-45 but I still haven't seen anything for the 1941 Play Ball Signature book.
