Question on 2011 Topps Chrome

I recently bought a couple of packs of 2011 Topps Chrome. One of the cards I pulled was what I believe to be a refractor card of Ike Davis. The card definitely reflects and has a silver foil border rather than a white border. The problem is nowhere on the card is it stated that it's a refractor, yet it seems to have the qualities of a refractor. Can anyone clarify this?

They must not have done that this year. None of my Topps Chrome Parallels say refractor on the back.
