What is typical Ebay/Paypal printed postage for a padded mailer?

I don't own a scale, so what is the typical weight for 1 or 2 cards in a top loader in a standard small padded mailer? I'm guessing 2 or 3 oz., which would put the postage at $1.64 including DC.

Does that sound about right?

Every time I mail 1-2 cards the postage is $1.95 and then $.85 if you want DC.

Edit: I do not use printed postage, I go to the post office. Sorry

Yes 1 or 2 cards in top loaders would be 2-3oz, which when using paypal will only be $1.64. That includes a DC# as well.

Up to 3oz is $1.64 w/DC included mailing from P.O. is $1.95 w/o D.C.

fyi you can do 6 cards all in toploaders for 3 oz. anything up to 3 oz. is $1.64 including dc.
