Tier One is an issue for the player collector and/or the rookie collector. The set collector will have one heck of a hill to climb with this issue.

The cards are 3-4 times as thick as a normal card and the autos are on card in blue Sharpee. The autos look great. The pictures are sharp and the card design lends itself well for the auto.

The reverse has no stats and a good write up on the player.

Tier One is definitely a premium issue.... 3 cards in a pack, and here in O'do prices range from $110 to $120 per pack -- very steep! In my humble opinion, at these prices for 3 cards, one should receive 1 card #ed to 10 or less, 1 card #ed to 25 or less, and a relic card that at the very least has a piece of a patch on the card.

Overall grade C+ -- Tier One is not for the faint of heart.

Buy several packs and send the Rays to me (if there are any in the issue!)
