That being said - all cards are chrome and I collated the set in the box and it was rather confusing with some cards having the same number but in a different set ..... yes, that sentence was confusing... sorry.

Bowman Chrome Mini Set is not an issue for everyone. Lots of us like the mini cards - others, not so much. The mini's are well made and packaged nicely. The set would make a great gift for the baseball card collector in your life. I'm not sure if any of the boxes have autos, the box did not mention autos.... so, probably not.
The colored parallels are pretty cool. It might be fun to chase your favorite rookie and/or prospect getting the base, refractor, green, blue, blue shimmer, orange and red versions of your players.
Overall grade A
Go buy several sets and send the Rays parallel minis to me!
