That typically excludes base unless it's an expensive product like Museum Collection, Tribute, Triple Threads, Finest, etc.

So...nicer base as well as parallels, inserts, relics, and autos from any set. If you have 2000s cards, I do have plenty of needs from the nicer Pacific sets - base and beyond.
