Sent a 2005 Topps Update, 2008 Topps and a 2009 Topps, asking him to keep a few if he wished. Sent all three back signed in black ink - took around two months, I think (I didn't keep track of when I sent it out!

Regardless, the 08 and 09 Topps are for trade if anyone needs 'em.
