I have all the 2021 Topps Update base cards that you're looking for on your PC list.
I have the following 2021 Topps Update base cards on your Friends list: 14, 83, 184, 280, 285 & 286
There are no * so I'm figuring you and your friend still need these cards.
Here's what I'm hunting for in trade:

2: Any good, top or key rookies from Topps Chrome 96 thru 2018
3: Any good, top or key rookies from Bowman Chrome 97 thru 2021
