go for it ST just started so you might get lucky, never hurts to try.
It depends if you are trying to get players on the 25 man roster or not. Most minor league seasons start a bit after the major league season, and some players will spend some extra time at spring training.
If it is an every day major leaguer, I would say wait for a week or two and then send it to the major league stadium.
