Does anyone make a hardplastic 4 screw or single screw case to hold these style book cards?

I just picked up Ryan Mallet's Rookie book # 61/299, and would like to get it protected better.

I make them. They Really easy and very nice looking. You can also buy them on eBay. Here is how I learned to make them, really cheap..
