Thread: Top 5 Bands of All Time...

  1. #31
Nice list! I'm liking the Sade, Tears for Fears, and Prince picks.

Now narrow it down to 5 TOTAL! It's tough, but it can be done.

    U2: The Unforgettable Fire
Depeche Mode: Some Great Reward, Violater
    The Cure: Pornagrophy
Tears for Fears: Songs from the Big Chair
Prince: Anything before Diamonds and Pearls

    Tool: Aenima
Nine Inch Nails: Pretty Hate Machine
    Alice in Chains: Dirt
    Sade: Love Deluxe
(which one of these is not like the others?)

    Chevelle: Anything
Breaking Benjamin: Anything but Saturate is outstanding from start to finish
Three Days Grace: Any but slight nod to their first album.

    80's through 00's
    Beastie Boys: Paul's Boutique

I love tons of different stuff with the exception of most country/ western. I don't pay attention to that too much. As for my picks, these are the ones I spent the most hours with over the years. My CD/ MP3 collection is fairly vast and I tend to pull 5 disks out for a random play that totally don't go together but I enjoy that.

Good thread. Always an interesting topic.

Always collecting Oakland Raiders, New York Mets, Helena Brewers, Montana Grizzlies, and Miami Heat.
