A quick internet search would lead me to believe that the "magazine" you have a picture of was only in digital form.

Looks like MLN Sports Zone (SZ) was an electronic magazine for minor league sports coverage. They appear to be gone now, as the website doesn't work. No evidence of hard copies were found, although I only spent about 10 minutes searching the net.

A bit pricey for a single card from a early 1990s team set, but the Louisville Redbirds card is on eBay right now for a Buy It Now of $2.95 +2.50 s&h. But given that it's probably the last card you need, might be worth it.
