These are the ones that came out as inserts in the 2008 topps regular packs. They have a red border and feature the two candidates that ran for president that term. I have these (8) so far: HCM-1792, -1868, -1892, -1916, -1928, -1948, -1988, -1992. I have a lot of baseball inserts and base cards, so let me know what you have and what you want. will trade to your advantage if you have multiple cards. thanks Ron
