    Favorite spring training site

    Hi gang,

For those of you who have made it to spring training in Florida or Arizona, I'd like to know what site you have enjoyed the best and why. I live in the Tampa Bay area, so naturally I have access to a bunch of sites. Each are nice and/or quirky in their own way.

So what team camp/stadium do you like, and why. I'd love to know.

Haven't been to a spring training in quite some time but hope to get back down at some point in the future.

My favorite place to go was Chain O Lakes for Indians camp. Of course the Yankees have a pretty nice stadium right there in Tampa as well.

I always enjoyed Al Lang Field in St Pete. It's right on the bay.

When I lived in Phoenix in the 1990s, I lived 1/2 mile from Oakland's site. I used to play hooky from work a few times every preseaon to check out McGwire drill homers.
