Is it the current standard size of 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches or the size of a '53 (2-5/8" x 3-3/4") If it's the smaller size, my guess is it's a 1991 Topps Archives card that happened to be blank-backed. They were glossy, and Topps quality control was pretty horrendous back then.
