Birmingham Barons All Decade Best? 2 different production years?

I see that Beckett lists the Birmingham Barons All Decade Best set in 2 years (1989 and 1990). Their card listings seem identical, and I cannot see production dates on the cards I have seen. Is it possible that Beckett has erred and there is only one set in one of those 2 years listed?

Trading card database also has a 1989 and 1990 All Decade sets listed. Here are the checklists for both.

I did not check all 34 cards from both sets to see if they matched up but I did spot check a few and they matched up.

I am wondering if the design is different on the two sets? Unfortunately, trading card database only had pictures for the 1990 issue. If I were you, I'd try to find a picture of a 1989 card to see if it is different than the one on the 1990 issue. EBAY might be a good site to check.
