This year's Bowman's Best is a good looking premium set. The cards are well designed -- with a rather busy - but colorful - background. The refractors are clearly marked with the word 'refractor' printed on the lower back of the card -- well done!
Bowman's Best should be an issue for nearly everyone - set collectors should not have a difficult time collating the set - only 100 cards - should only take 3 or 4 master boxes - maybe 5 if one is unlucky.... The number of inserts and parallels is good.
I really like the number of autos one receives - 4 - in a master box. This makes the boxes worth chasing.
My favorite insert is the Raking Rookies - well designed card that in my opinion looks great!
Overall grade A- I prefer a larger set of cards to get a better cross section of each team.
Go buy several master boxes and send the McKay autos - since the Rays TRADED Longoria.... to me!
