How do we know these are "test issues" besides your say-so? These sound like the basic Donruss pop-ups and Topps oversized cards that were commonly sold at just about any retail store in the mid to late 80s. Pray tell, how do you know these are "test issues"? Is there some kind of notation on these?

Hey Polar bear, I am bumping this for an answer from you. How do you know these are "test issues" like you claim? Is there something on the cards that signifies these are "test issues"? Do they say "test issue" on them or something? Please answer or my feelings are liable to be be hurt.
