Back after a few years of being disorganized after my move and the last few months locked out of my account when I really wanted to start trading again, but the Pandemic had me focused on my vintage, so I'm focused on finishing out a low grade 1969 set with a key need a Mantle #500 (just picked one up!). I'm not going to care about the condition I receive in as long as the cards don't have writing or paper loss, just adjust value appropriately in what you ask in return. I have a number of vintage cards I can trade, the years before 1974 will be tough to get EX+ condition cards and somewhere I have a whole box full of NM-MT 1978 Topps baseball. * indicates card is coming in. I'll post my forever set, my 1957 if you want to expand the trading, plus I have my close to finished sets page. (edited 1-23-23)

Yes, I still need those. I'll check your posts for a good fit unless you see stuff on my site's Trade Page

Edit: I looked for what you want through your thread postings, not a lot there except it looks like you may be building a 1958, so I do have one of the Gus Bells you once needed along with another card from that list. Let me know if you still need them and what else I can send you:

All I really need now is some low grade stars from the 58 set.....if you have any new stuff just put a lot together of rc's inserts or Cardinals....that you think is even and that will do

Welcome back, James.....pleased to see you back on the site. A lot has changed in the post-pandemic collecting world, to be sure!

Have these 1969 Topps from your wantlist: 518,519,522,534,576,577,583,591,593,598,612,631,651.

They're doing great shows every couple of months at the Wyndham hotel on the north side of your town (next one is May 7), and there's a wonderful new store in Roseville/Rocklin (True Sports cards) that I've gone to a couple of times since they opened last November. Hope we can get together on my next trip northward.

Regards, Jim

Hi, I have 1969 Topps 157 and 503. Both are in decent shape, EX range or so. Photos attached.

Any chance you have any 1961 Topps is similar condition? If not, I would be interested in David Ortiz cards or happy to consider other years or guys.

Larry

Hi Larry, I took a look at my 1961 cards, only have about 30 that are EX+, none matched up. The other connects are just not close.

I'll take a look at your wantlist later this week and maybe we can meet at the card show in May.

Hi James,

I had 31 that I pulled off your list that even have a shot at working for your set, a few I would characterize at EXMT and up, and others that while lower might be acceptable as well. I'm not sure how the condition of the ones you have for me, and I'm not sure I am prepared to to trade the Weaver RC without getting one of my bigger cards, but here are the four best of your bold ones. Rooster - I haven't looked through my '69 commons in years. There could be some matches. Meanwhile, I would entertain a discussion for one of my 190 Mays if you have high value vintage to trade for it. No guarantees. PM me if you wish to pursue.
