Bowman Chrome is a premium issue. The cards are highly reflective - thus the name 'chrome'.... The front of the card features an action photo and the reverse has player stats - 2017 and totals for their MLB career. The reverse also has 'Resume', Skills, and Up Close with a bit more info on the player's strengths. As a Bowman collector, I really like the issue and the base to inserts/parallel ratio.
Bowman Chrome is a very good issue for the player collector with base, refractors - gold, red, blue, purple, and shimmers of different colors (probably missed several.) The set collector will need a number of master boxes (minimum of 5 - if my math is correct) to complete the set - but should receive a very good number of inserts - autos, etc... to make up for the expense.
I am still not a fan of the numbering on the front of the card - many times much harder to read and distracts from the picture - in my humble opinion.
The autos are on card - blue Sharpee -- well done!
Overall grade A
Go buy several master boxes and send the Rays parallels to me - especially Brendan McKay!
