Reports are that Papi was shot by a hit man hired by a drug lord who thought he was having an affair with his wife.
On small trades I use PWE but'll use a bubble mailer if you ask.
Slow trader. Please be patient: I love trading, but I don't have enuf time for it, so it takes me a while.

Check my site: http://www.freewebs.com/frankpell/ for wants and trade items.
    "CMB"'s will be ignored. Sorry.

I heard that tonight too although they said the report was unconfirmed at this point.

Have heard the same thing - will not pass judgement until all the information is out though. With that said...if I was ever going to have an affair, it sure as heck wouldn't be with a Central American drug lords wife (or girlfriend)!!

Nail biter for the US Womens Soccer team in their opener against Thailand yesterday. They scored more goals in this one game (13), than the mens team has scored this century in the world cup (12). Tell me again why the mens team gets paid more?!?!?!?!?!? Social media was aghast at how they celebrated the goals as they headed towards double digits - a couple were a bit over the top (Megan Rapinoe), but it is the world cup, let them have their joy!!!

Saw David mention the Blues/Bruins Game 7 -- for some reason, have not gotten excited about the NHL playoffs this year. Except for a couple highlights of really bad calls, haven't even known when games were on..or what network to look for.

Fathers Day fast approaching, so that means it is time for the US Open. They are playing at Pebble Beach, teeing off in about 30 minutes or so - assuming the marine layer doesn't mess things up. Will Koepka win his 3rd straight. Can Phil finally win the US Open and complete his career slam. Can Rickie finally break through and get his 1st major. Will Tiger get #16/#82 in the same week - he won here in 2000 by 15 shots.

All I know is where I will be on Sunday -- eating grilled steaks, cold beverage in hand, watching the US Open in prime time from Pebble!

Somewhat disappointed in the 1st round at Pebble -- didn't play at all like a US Open should. WAYYYYYY to many guys under par. Looked like a regular tournament for the most part. Hope that it toughens up for the weekend and the scores get closer to par.

Koepka is hanging around looking for his third straight title....but right now, Justin Rose is clearly in control! Will see who is left standing and where, after moving day tomorrow.

What a great way to wrap up the Fathers Day weekend - watching the US Open from Pebble Beach. What a great final day, Koepka making a charge. Rose charging and than falling off. Numerous others getting close, but not quite close enough!! Rock chalk Jayhawk - Gary Woodland fends them all off and wins his first major. By all accounts, one of the best/nicest guys on the tour, very happy for him being able to break through and get his major!!
