Al - The only 2019 Topps card I currently have that fits your criteria is a Strasburg gold. I do have 2019 Optic & Prizm cards but they would be different colors of refractors. I know I have a Jon Lester (blue I think) #'d 1 /75.....it's always cool to have the first card, right? Maybe a few regular inserts but not many.

Al -- Yep. Everything pictured or listed is ready and available. The Mattingly is $15 and the Ichiro goes for $10.
