I missed this one. On Feb. 24 2020 Peggy Jean Montgomery Baby Peggy died at 101. She is noteworthy as being the last of the silent movie era performers. By age 5 she had over 100 movies to her name at the time was one of the most famous in Hollywood. In her day they would put her in a room set it on fire and she had to get out w/o any help. Another would be they would put her under a moving train and she would have to hang on with no help. After her acting career she found out her father lost all her money and had nothing. Her last years were as a bookstore clerk and wrote books on how children were used by the film industry and called for reform.

I thought he was great as Joubert in Three Days of the Condor (1975).

Just caught that Lionel Wagner from Wonder Woman and The Carol Burnett Show died March 17 at age 72. How he could keep a strait face with all the madness on the Carol Burnett Show I will never understand.

Kenny Rogers Died at age 81. Besides all the great music he had done over the years The Thing I'll remember him for is the TV movies he made with Bruce Boxleitner based on the song The Gambler. Just good old time western movies. RIP

Got to see Kenny twice in concert. The second time he wasn't moving so good but voice was still there. Loved his race car movie from 1982 called "Six Pack"

I believe you're thinking of Joe Morgan who had the "chicken wing" batting stance. Jimmy Wynn was the "toy cannon"!

RIP Al Kaline - another one of those guys who spent his entire career in one uniform. Something that is becoming rarer and rarer as time progresses. He never played minor league ball - straight from high school graduation to the show.
