I am asking for help on my 1979 Topps Astros

Have: Bannister, Forsch, Howe, Landestoy, Puhl, Pujols, Sambito, and Sexton

Pending:
Cabell (c/o Astros) over 1.5 years
Bob Watson (c/o MLB) two letters, 1 at 1.5 years, 1 at 0.5
JR Richard (c/o PastPros) 1 week

No info:
Jesus Alou, Juaquin Andujar, Cesar Cedeno, Jose Cruz, Tom Dixon, Julio Gonzales, Wilbur Howard, Mark Lemongello, and Rick Williams

Charges: Dave Bergman

RIP: Joe Niekro, Vern Ruhle

Thanks for any help you can give

Jesus Alou lives out of the country and rarely travels to the States any more. Joaquin Andujar is the same. He's busy with his Trucking company in the Dominican, but will occasionally have signings in the States. Cesar has never been good through the mail. You will have to get him IP or an occasional signing. Julio Gonzalez was very good IP during his playing days, but that's about it. No TTM. Today his sig is scarce. Wilbur Howard is scarce, as well, but can some times be had via TTM. Very rarely, though. Not sure about Dixon or Rick Williams signing habits these days. Jose Cruz is very good IP and at signings. TTM can be hit or miss. Cabell is also best IP. Watson was great during his tenure at MLB TTM-wise, but is now best IP.
