@Panzram I checked SCF and see several tested addresses for him but no successes. I would probably pass on sending something into the Black Hole of TTM Oblivion! Wish I had better news, sorry! You can probably pick something up fairly cheap, not sure?

Mr. Franco has a 10% success rate on TTMs.... he hasn't had a success since 2015 when he was in Japan playing for Ishikawa. You're in luck as Todd Schaeffer of Under the Radar has a signing happening 1/12... cards are $25. If you want to go that route here is the contact.
