    Very good points. I don't buy vintage, so I wouldn't really know what to look for. It does seem very odd that he wouldn't just grade the thing if it was real and triple his money.

    You are correct about those clubhouse relics cards being rarer than you would think they would be. I think that set was one of those ones that was only around for one year and didn't sell to a real widespread base of people. I had a hard time finding the Larkins from that set as well.
