Hi. Wondering how collectors view 1st Bowman vs. First Year Bowman? Are they essentially the same catagory with Bowman flipping the wording back and forth. 1996 seems to be the first year those cards got their 1st mark and it went until 2002, when no Bowman cards were issued that mark, not even a First Year was used. I believe, 2003 Bowman first used the First Year demarcation and that carried over until 2007 when 1st was used again....
My question is, did Bowman mean to create something different when they switched from 1st Bowman to First Year, or can they be used simultaneously to mean the same thing? Curious what people's take is on this. Thanks, Rooster.
