Very cool! Met George and his wife in person about 3 years ago at Cardinals Winter Warm Up, he is a very quiet, humble man, and very nice! He played for the KC Monarchs for 3 months before signing with the Cubs, where he was a 2 time all star. One of the last ***** Leagues players still alive and still signing to my knowledge, many have passed away recently. Part of history, thanks for sharing!
