I thought '09 was the best of the decade... but unlike you, I really liked '06. I think the worst of the decade was the mustard-gold '02s.
'04 and '05 were so close to each other design-wise. '08s were HORRIBLE. For some odd reason, every time I look at the base from that set, I think "circus clowns." Don't know why.
