ebay help needed

So I recently sold a Tim Lincecum/Homer Bailey dual auto on ebay for 63 dollars on 5/24/2011. I still have yet to receive payment from the buyer, and I really need the money. When is it okay to re-list the item? Thanks ahead of time,

Wait atleast 7, or until Wednesday because of the hoildays

Also for future reference add in the description how long a buyer has to pay such as "payment due within 3, 5 or 7 days of auctions end" if you don't then a buyer will just drag it out even longer. Just a suggestion!!

I have it set up that Ebay sends these people a reminder notice after 4 days. Then, they have 4 more days to pay before I can relist it.
That's 8 days, and even that isn't enough time for some buyers. It's very frustrating.

Contact him a least twice. If he doesn't respond, then you can relist it. And give it up to 7 days.
