I did just find a 2009 Allen & Ginter Mini #360 of Francisco Rodriguez that is an extended mini from a rip card.

Not sure what group you're talking about - there are thousands and thousands of cards. The whole thing is north of 100,000 cards and just items that sell in the $1-5 range I've already found close to 1,500.
