What I'm not sure of is WHY it was in an Update box- not an announced insert. Beautiful card, diecut, plus ON CARD SIG, not a sticker!

Card #GMDC-23 on back, was this a wrapper redemption card?

It's a promo their doing with about 5 subjects including jay bruce, nelson cruz, and I believe one or two others
They had it on their twitter feed last month. I wouldn't complain one bit pulling one of those over a common player.
