What is a fair price for 1997 Totally Certified Gold Samples?

That seems maybe a bit high. This particular sample set isn't difficult to find like many other Pinnacle ones were.

I beg to differ...In 13 years, I only have 1 or 2 Mark Brunells (and may have missed one other) - that's the extent of what I have seen. They don't pop up "that" often!

In terms of "fair", it really depends what your budget is. To me, for Jake Reed, $10 is more than fair!

I look at $10 as a small price to pay for a card you're not sure you'll find again. You might find one later and be peeved you paid $7 too much, or you might not find one for a while and be mad at yourself 5 years down the line.

I can't recall if I have the Dilfer for this set...if I don't have it then I've never seen one.
