Mike McFarlane - Do you mean the former Royals catcher? If so, try him via Mac - and - Seitz baseball. However, if you're looking for Mike McFarlane (i'm guessing it's not a typo) I can't help you there. SCN lists no successes; only a request in 2001.

Lance McCullers - There is one address listed, but no one has received a success from it yet.

SCN only lists it as Harvey 06 or Harvey 05...no "successes" since 2005 though. (There's something that resembles a success in 2006 but the guy claims that Timberlake '...deliberately ruined the photo that already had two other signatures on it."
